when i try to install the Skippi and the Wind surfer A box up pops and says
"This File contains Invaild Data"

what do i do

The file is an executable, but does not have a suffix that identifies it as such to Windows. Just rename the file adding ".exe" (without the quotes) to the end of the filename. It will then run when you double-click on it.
Note that, when you reach the dialogue box to choose your installation folder, you will need to browse to the folder where you have VSK installed.
This is usually C:\Program Files\Virtual Skipper 4, but can be different.
