Ping Rate

It is clearly stated in the Vsk5 User Manual (section 9.3) that high ping is better than low ping. Why is this? Contrary to what Nadeo has stated it is very well documented in technical articles on the internet that low ping speeds are better than high ping speeds. I will consider this false information from Nadeo unless someone can explain exactly why Nadeo considers high ping to be better.
