The game says this at startup - The ladder is disconnected. You have to be connected to internet to play. I have tried two different WI-FI connections, both running through the same router. Played the game a few days ago without problems. The firewall is adjusted to let the game through. The internet on the machine works just fine. What can be the problem?

I have the same problem. I suspect the server is temporarily down or permanently decommissioned.

Same thing today. Tried to ping the server, and no packages lost. Can there be an arror with the app?

close game and restart your routers by unplugging the router for a few seconds, put back on, wait for network and try game again

It's probably not an issue that can be solved by booting the network. I have two computers on the same network, one has this problem, the other not.
Most likely one is good and the other is bad due to caching effects. This has to be fixed on the game server end.
