I will check this evening but as I launch the game by DXWnd, the games launch directly and I cannot access the parameters (graphics options...). before you open dxwnd go here C:\Program Files (x86)\Vsk5 and open VSKlauncher and uncheck then press ok, save, exit and open game ...

VSK5 Launcher > Configure > Advanced > Untick all boxes at bottom (force bloom, blur, etc.)

Let me try and recap the fix after the 1803 windows update. After I updated my windows to 1803 (Creators), I tried to download the latest dxwnd build and hook VSK from there.
